By downloading or using Luma Notes, you agree to be bound by these terms. This is a legal agreement between you and Rise Forge.
We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal or professional note-taking. You may not modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the app.
You acknowledge that you are the sole controller of your data. Rise Forge has no access to your files and therefore cannot be held responsible for the integrity or accidental loss of your content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rise Forge shall not be liable for any damages—including loss of data, hardware damage, or business interruption—resulting from the use of Luma Notes.
These terms are governed by the laws of your local jurisdiction. If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest remains in full effect.
